How to help your shop prepare for 2-Way Texting

We are happy to be releasing our new 2-way texting module on July 16th. In order for you to begin texting your clients, please make sure you have put your client’s cell number in the correct phone field inside your shop management system.  If there is no “Cell” field, we will read from the “Other” field but not from Home or Office numbers. The new module will sell for $39/month but everyone will have access to the new service for 90 days at no charge.  We will send you a note to ask if you want to continue the service before your 90 days ends.
