Create An Experience -Not A Process.

Customer experience is your customers’ perception of how your company treats them. These perceptions affect their behaviors and build memories and feelings to drive their loyalty. In other words: if they like you and continue to like you, they are going to do business with you and recommend you to others. Customers no longer base their loyalty on price or product. Instead, they stay loyal to companies due to the experience they receive. If you cannot keep up with their increasing demands, your customers will leave you. 

Recommended maintenance, an upsell puts a bad experience for your customer- Remember experience, not process. They feel you’re trying to sell them on services not needed, creating trust issues and making sales harder. Show and sell with photos and videos that create a trusting experience that helps the customer make an informed decision with confidence. This will help you increase your customer base, help reduce churn, and ultimately increase your profits.
