As December rolls around – it is my favorite time of the year to reach out and appreciate the customers we serve. For your shop, there is an enormous profit boost if customers stay with you year after year. You work so hard to attract new customers – giving them a digital inspection on their 1st visit is the key to locking them in for years to come.
